Our customers are very important to us! Our products can be exchanged or returned if you are not satisfied with them.
You have the option to have the product reshipped. Exchanges and returns should be received within 15-20 days and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees for exchanges and returns. Washed, worn, or used items will not be accepted. Import fees are non-refundable.
Tracking and other important information
The tracking code will be sent to you with a shipping email, which you can track online anytime, anywhere. Orders are delivered to your home. In case you do not receive your order and the tracking code says "delivered", you can check at the nearest post office. If there is a problem with the size and you were sent the wrong size, please contact us via our customer support email. We require 3 pictures of the sizes (i.e. chest size, length, and sleeve size) as proof and then we will send you another one of the same product in the correct size for free.
